Difficulty in sending photos from iphone 4S since iOS7 update

Can someone please help me.

I am not able to send my photos from my iphone 4S to other smartphones since I upgraded to the iOS.7 last week. This is very frustrating - the sending bar goes further than just 3/4 of the way then I get a message saying "not delivered". What am I supposed to do?

Reboot your device and/or go to Settings>General>Reset and then select "Reset Network Settings". That should help you out.
