She probably talks more than he does.

Seems more likely. He actually claims to get almost 3 days on a single charge. Meanwhile his wife struggles with one? That is too big of a difference for Apple to have allowed this to continue. I'm not quite buying that. Tests have shown moderate and barely noticeable differences. Certainly not a difference of two days.

Yeah, there's a lot of things that can dampen battery life. Like I keep saying, it's mostly in your settings and in what you do. A chip has very little to do with it. But some folks can't shake the notion it does. Even the tech writers have shut up about it. They're the ones who stupidly started this mess. It's almost as bad as "Bendgate". SMH!

mm, OK... so I actually tried to get a TSMC... I had 1 when I bought one the first time.. but that thing had a stupid defect so I had to get it replaced.. got a Samsung as a replacement, the whole world crumbled down since I only wanted a TSMC.. but after using it for a while, honestly couldn't really tell a huge difference.. maybe 30min longer usage time? I'm not even sure about that honestly.

but as I have an obsessive personality.. I was determined to get the TSMC... so I bought 2 more iphones (taking advantage of the holiday return policy).. but ****. got 2 Samsungs.. so now I just gave up and am fairly just happy with my Samsung.. I don't have any complaints.

I don't know what the OP is doing.. my samsung does not get warm at all...maybe only when it's charging. I'm impressed it rarely gets warm.

on my 6S, I get about 6-7hrs of usage with about 15-17 hrs standby time... I don't know how much a TSMC gets but that's fine for me now..

is this battery life really bad?
