Twitter and other web sites all say the release is/was for the iPhone7/7s... And nobody I know with devices other than 7/7s got an iOS update today...

Pretty sure beta 5 is a GM.

Unlikely a GM would end with a "c" in the build number. But on the other hand, when the file is this big is because it's usually a GM candidate. So we will see. I'm guessing this isn't the final build that goes public.

Oh and this build was only given to 7/7 Plus because it includes the cellular bug fix that many were reporting. The same fix that 10.0.3 had.

It is correct from user experience. My iPhone 6 no update available but the 7plus received an update about 3am this morning eastern time.

Do you still have the beta profile imstalled? It's for 7 and 7 plus.

Wasn't that what Beta 4 was? A 1.96GB update seems more than just the cellular fix.

No it wasn't. Just like 10.0.3 was only for 7/7 plus cellular fix. That's why beta 5 was only for 7/7 plus. 1.96 is not just an update, it's the full file. Typically how a final release build comes from a beta. Many times a x.1 final beta turns into the public release version.

Oh okay now I think I have it figured out . My iPhone 6 is 10.0.2 and the 7plus is on 10.0.3

If this is the final build that's disappointing. Bluetooth is still screwed up. It's honestly embarrassing that Apple can't get something as basic as Bluetooth functionality corrected in iOS 10, especially considering how much they are pushing it with the iPhone 7. This has been occurring since the very first beta of iOS 10, and still isn't resolved. Kind of hard to believe they can't get it figured out.

I don't use bluetooth that much to notice if it's messed up or not. But I just downloaded the new 10.1 update so I will see how it performs.

It came with 10.1 but if you don't want to update iOS you can still update the carrier settings.
