Deleted photo on iPhone 4S with no backup

Does anyone know any software that works that will allow me to recover this image?

There are quite a lot of options out there but none have worked for me so far.

Photostream turned on. If so you may find the Photo in there. Then choose to save it to your camera roll.

If you sent anyone this image using iMessage or WhatsApp and you haven't deleted their conversations then you can go back and View it and Save to Camera Roll. I've done this quite a few times !
