Deleted Pages application folder from iCloud

I would love to say it was an accident but I did it on purpose. Now I would like it back. Can it be done? Time Machine doesn’t seem to be able to do it.

You should be able to restore a folder by going to the iCloud website at https://icloud.com. Then, under Account Settings, choose the Restore Files link (it's towards the bottom left of the page). It should list all the deleted files and folders in iCloud Drive​.
