Deleted messages

Help!
I have just deleted a full message trial, an desperately want them back.
I think i deleted them (totally by mistake!)
Some of these are iMessages?
Any ideas?

Guacho is correct. Once deleted they are gone. If u backed them up with iTunes u can recover those but not anything after that. Sorry
