Delayed text messages

Does anyone experience delayed text messages by 5-10mins of delay with the iphone 5?

I had that ages ago on my previous phones and it was a carrier issue, not the phone (referring to SMS).

Mine always go they quickly.

I was earlier on Rogers. I noticed that on my Rogers online OneNumber account the text message notification popped up but on my phone it was sent 6-7 minutes later.

Delayed text messages are usually problems with the carrier - heavy traffic etc.
