Delayed notifications on iOS 9.0.1

Hey,
I have a problem with recieving notifications (snapchat, instagram, messenger and even from imessage). I have an iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 9.0.1. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Settings>> Notifications>> check particular apps to see if they're set as desired.

They are all set as they were when I was running iOS 8. Btw I did a clean install of iOS 9 but still nothing. The notifications keep showing with 15 minutes and more delay.
