Definitive Answer for 9:42

Anyone know definitive origin of 9:42 time displayed in iPhone advertising?

My guess is that this number corresponds to the time Disneyland starts their fireworks display in Summer.

I have also seen 9:41 used in places. This slight fuzziness leads me to believe they initially used 9:41 and then it was corrected to 9:42.

Anyway Apple - I just have to know - where did 9:42 come from?

I read it's because that's when the iPhone was approximately introduced at MacWorld '07.
