Is this correct? If I'm at home on wifi should the data not only be using wifi??? (This specific screenshot is when I'm asleep so it's just email and notifications)

I'm having this same issue. When home on wifi, it is using my data. I'm on AT&T, so if we are having the same issue, we know it's with the phone/OS and not our carriers

i know some android phones do a dual wifi/data download to make downloads faster...maybe iphone is doing that now?

Yes. It's an app. Dataman pro. I finally gave up unlimited so I am trying to keep an eye on it!

It is kind of an archaic solution but you could turn your cellular data off in settings when you are connected to wifi or when you are asleep, at least until Apple fixes the problem with an update.
