Cydia Messing Up

I just updated my iPad 2 to iOS 6.1 with a clean restore and jail broke it. I have had cydia working for a little bit but then gave me the error shown in the picture. It is un responsive and I cannot tap on anything. I don't know what to do but I have iFile in case I need to edit anything.
