And this failure also appeared on Apple's Magic Keyboard for other hardware keyboards. But this failure didn't appear when you used the onboard keyboard. So, it is not clear yet that why hardware keyboard appearing failures with Cydia.
And we hope that this must be the last hardware keyboard-related issues which appear with Cydia jailbreaking. But if you are using Sileo there is no reason you have to worry. Sileo is running completely fine without these issues.
