There are resources that it can be done. For example Applyzer.com.

We use appfigures.com to track sales and reviews. It's free up to 5 apps, but I think the "premium" cost is well worth the extra few bucks a month, even for one app. They have a free trial if you want to check it out.

We also use appannie.com, but only because they also send you new reviews in the daily email report, which appfigures.com doesn't do.
