Creating a fake 2nd screen

Hi, I am trying to run a presentation with Powerpoint and Zoom - I want to create a fake screen so that powerpoint shows me the notes and presenter mode but zoom is sharing the fake slideshow. Any ideas?

Although I use Zoom often for work purposes, I've never attempted to do what you're trying to do, and I'm not sure it's possible. When you select the screen sharing option, the person or people you're sharing the screen with sees everything being displayed. I know you can create a fake background but that's about it from what I can tell. With that being said, you may need to contact Zoom support.

I know it cannot be done within zoom - hence the request for virtual screens in mac - if I can create a 2nd screen then I know that I can have zoom share the 2nd screen instead of the primary screen, because I have done this with a physical 2nd screen connected.
