My thought process was to create a new library and then download all of my match songs. but I can not see my match songs and if I start iTunes Match it will replace all my match with the empty library.

is there away to create a new library and then sync with cloud?

I thought this would be the easiest and safest way to upgrade all my songs and to clean up my library so all I have to do is add what was not matched

thoughts?
