Cost of new Iphone???

Ok I am new on this site so forgive if this has been discussed already , but if there is a new Iphone headset coming in June or July will the cost be much greater for the added memory and or video cam .... I know the 3G was actually less expensive then the original so thats why I am curious .

Neither Apple nor AT&T have released such information. But keep in mind that the difference between the 1st and 2nd iPhone was that AT&T subsidized the 3G but did not subsidize the 1st iPhone. This is why the 3G was so much cheaper than the 1st iPhone. I would guess that a new iPhone would cost close the same as the 3G.

I agree, it will probably be in the same ballpark as the iPhone 3G. $199 or $299.

i would wait for the new update and get that instead of the next iphone it will be almost the same except maybe some new colors... is it really worth buying a new iphone when essentially it is the same thing?

What would be the estimated cost without a contract of if on contract but not eligible for an upgrade( as a lot of 3g owners will be in that boat)?
