copy from mac to iPhone

hi i tried to copy music fro i tunes on my mac to my iphone 6 plus s but it states that my phone is associated with my pc [but it has never been connected to it] and do i want to erase content of my iPhone, what will i loose or is there a way to do but thanks in advance

You could move your iTunes library from the PC to your Mac...then sync to the Mac - let it replace the content on the phone - everything should be the same after.

Yep, this will work, I did this when i got my 27" iMac.
