Today was upper body session #2 for the week, and the harder of the three I do. Chin-up, cable triceps pushdown, barbell bench press, parallel bar dip, and dumbbell pushup. My arms feel like linguini once I slither out of the gym, and shifting gears in the car def. becomes interesting. Good luck everyone - nice showings!
Wednesday worked out my shoulders using free weights 6 different exercises with 4 sets per exercise and then I did Jacobs ladder for 30 mins (That machine is no joke)
