Just finished 45 minute cardio kickbox fitness session. I kicked BOB and here is what he looks like after the session.

Today was upper body session #2 for the week, and the harder of the three I do. Chin-up, cable triceps pushdown, barbell bench press, parallel bar dip, and dumbbell pushup. My arms feel like linguini once I slither out of the gym, and shifting gears in the car def. becomes interesting. :) Good luck everyone - nice showings!

I was able to walk 8,125 steps. I am hoping to start walking more as time goes on. It was my first day using the FitBit.

Wednesday worked out my shoulders using free weights 6 different exercises with 4 sets per exercise and then I did Jacobs ladder for 30 mins (That machine is no joke)

I haven't even tried it yet, but from the looks on peoples' faces after they're done - no joke indeed. :D
