Contacts not showing up from Google Contacts

I have 2 Google accounts set up on my iPhone 11 Pro. It seems only contacts from one account are showing up. I have the contacts slider on with both accounts. I have also tried removing and re-adding both accounts. Also tried playing around with the "default" account with no change.
I use my phone for personal and business and really need contacts from both accounts available on my phone. I have gone through an iOS update or two (currently on 13.3.1) also with no changes.

I have two Gmail accounts set up on my stock mail app. I opted not to have my work contacts added to my contacts because there are so many. I don't know how this works when you use the Gmail app. I guess I would hope that you could have access to all contacts from both accounts.

Maybe you only have one "Group" (ie. one account) active in contacts?
Groups (upper left corner) - show all contacts

Hey Kevin. Welcome to iMore.

I also don’t use different Gmail accounts, but have a suggestion. What about setting up your work account in Outlook? That way you an have both yet keep them separate.

It's my understanding that having both Gmail accounts set up in "Passwords and Accounts" should allow me access to both sets of contacts. I need these not just for email, but for phone numbers, as well. I do not subscribe to Office 365, therefore, Outlook would not be an option. That would also not allow me to use the contacts for calling.
I do have all accounts "checked" in contacts groups, as well.

If you delete the standard-account, does the other one synch then?
If not, and if you delete the 2nd one too, then add it again, does it then synch?

Point being, if the 2nd one synchs if the 1st gets deleted, and/or if the 2nd synchs after both deleted and the 2nd re-added, then there seems to be an issue with iOS and 2 different accounts from the same 'provider' (or maybe with 2 Gmail accounts only - it might work with 2 other accounts, eg 2x Outlook or 2x Yahoo etc.). If only the 1st account ever synchs, then it is very likely that there is something wrong in settings (of the Gmail account on the internet, not on the phone).

I'm using the Gmail app for my email. However I need the phone numbers in my contacts, as well, so they're accessible through the phone app

You might want to consider using the stock mail app for both. That way, you should be able to download both account’s contacts on to your phone.

I used to have 2 sets of each contact. Google and iCloud. Not all were like that. Finally made them all iCloud contacts, and no problems since. I used the SA Contacts app to fix it.

Exactly what one needs to do. I did it on my iPhone using the SA Contacts app. Put them in a vCard, sent to my email, then from there into my Contacts.
