Well, I bought Twittelator Pro, which I'm addicted to. After jailbreaking, I installed intelliscreen. Man, these two did not play along well at all. My twitter app wouldn't load at all until I erased intelliscreen.

Any others?

Okay, here's another one. I was using categories because I had about 47 pages of apps. I got it down to three. Then iTunes kept telling me I had updates to download. I would download them, and then respring so the apps would go back to the folders. After I did that, iTunes would tell me I had the same updates again.

Not sure if iTunes has been acting up lately, but the problem went away after I uninstalled categories. Maybe iTunes can't see the apps properly if they are in categories folders... ?

Yes, iTunes did act up for few hours today and now it's all well.

Regarding Intelliscreen, that thing is very poorly coded. Try avoiding it by using StatusNotifier along with a Lock Screen theme from Cydia that works with StatusNotifier. I also use LockCalendar (from Cydia) to display Calendar entries on my Lock Screen.
