Musclenerd confirmed that tomorrow?s iOS 4 will be unlockable. Even better than that is the fact that the iPhone 4 itself will most likely be unlockable too.

Combined with the fact that they are skipping the JB & unlock for 3.1.3 where does that leave the people waiting for either.

My 3G with 3.1.2 JB is humming along nicely.

I'd would hate to be waiting with an inoperative phone..

You can jailbreak 3.1.3 with Spirit and use Ultrasn0w to unlock it. There was no skipping, the unlock and jailbreak just came out later than usual.

Leo from twit said he attended FOO Camp, and confirmed Saruik was able to jailbreak iPhone 4 and even got Cydia installed on the device. Its coming!

I'd like to get some confirmation on this too. I just received a 3gs that a friend asked me to jb and unlock but I think she would much rather have 4.0 instead of 3.1.3.
