Someone else posted a fix that worked for me. Try these steps listed below to fix the white icon issue;

  1. Open Cydia
  2. Press manage on the bottom row
  3. Press Setting on the top left
  4. Press Hacker then Press Done on top right
  5. Search for UIKit Tools
  6. Open UIKit Tools and press modify on top right
  7. Select Reinstall
  8. That's it. Your white icon should be gone! (if not try a respring but I didn't need to)

This worked for me when my mail icon turned white after updating IntelliscreenX, My3G, & Zephyr. Again I didn't discover this tip and I can't seem to find where I saw it. I want to thank them so I'll keep looking. Hopefully this worked for you.

My text ringtone messes up after I install tweaks from Cydia. It'll sound twice during an incoming text only when the message app is opened where I can see all my text threads and no where else. I'll need to restart my Springboard once or twice via SBSetting to clear it up. Also, my unlock slider would hiccup very slightly when I go to unlock it after my phone's been asleep for awhile. Not sure if that's Cydia app related though, maybe from IntelliscreenX?

that happened to me about 2-5 times during a week. It didn't bother me enough to be concerned though.
I just figured it was a carrier issue with receiving the message due to coverage congestion or something.
radio static interference. Who knows.
But I don't have any of those apps you have downloaded on my device.
