Clear Recent Emoji/Scribble on Apple Watch

I have a list of recently used emoji's & scribbles in the message app and wish to know is there a way to clear this list?

Not had the Watch long so I was just testing the scribble feature so now I have a list of random words etc I want to clear.

Typically, you press and hold on the screen to bring up options like delete/delete all, etc.
