The furthest extent i have gone was using a slightly damn paper towel and then the micro fiber cloth afterwards...It's never needed anything further than that.

Man I am guessing your device does not get dirty often..... Mine literately looks trashed on some days lol

Usually just regular paper towel but when 💩 hits the fan, i grab my kanebo glass cleaner cloth.
Not exactly a microfiber but its used to clean windshield for your car. Slightly damp and cleans in a single wipe.
Then gotta wipe it once more with napkin or lint-free cloth to dry it.
Takes only a minute to clean. And another minute to get it oily again.

I use these alcohol wipes from time to time when my phone gets greasy or I've been on the subway in NYC to disinfect it. I am though really just wiping the case down and screen protector. I've done this with all my phones and never had an issue

I use iClean on all my electronics. You can get a kit at your local Apple Store, Best Buy, or any electronics store. It comes with 2 types of cleaning cloths and a cleaning solution that's safe and approved for cleaning electronics. It's made by Monster and you can find it by googling iClean.

There is also a product called iKlear that is essentially the same thing, but with only one cloth variety. The Apple Store here uses both iClean and iKlear on their display devices.

Love iKlear. Have used that stuff on all of my electronics since the original iPhone.
