charging issue, help

i’ve never seen this before. i’ve been using this anker Lightning port but I haven’t ever seen this message. I am getting the same message The standard charger. I didn’t drop my phone. lol.

Haven’t spelt anything or even got it wet. I did a hard reset last night before bed and for some reason it worked. I just wanted to know what the problem was and if you guys had ran into it.

No. I mainly work inside at grocery store in Oklahoma. Lol
