changing caller ID on ipad pro

can't get Ipad Pro to ring when I call my cell phone. In settings I go to facetime and scroll down to caller ID and there are only 2 email addresses no phone number. How do I add my number to the list of caller ID's?

On your phone, go to Settings...Phone...Calls on Other Devices...make sure the iPad is switched on... and using the same AppleID as your phone.
