Change of apple id

I changed my email address on my apple id but now I can't turn off my icloud to update the new email address because it defaults to my previous address. Don't know what to do

Enter the information from the previous AppleID. If you can't recall it, notify Apple Support.

What are you trying to accomplish? Do you want a different gamecenter, or a different App store? There are 2 places your Apple ID is stored and you need change it in both places to get it changed on the device. You need to change the gamecenter ID and the app store/itunes Apple ID
