change middle frame

the frame of my iphone 5 has a huge hole in it, i don't know how i made it but it is really weird. do you know if the apple store do repairs on this kind of problems and how much would i have to pay? if they don't what would be my best option? thank you

Can you post a photo?

If it’s physical damage (as opposed to manufacturing defect), Apple will not replace it under warranty. I believe the charge for out of warranty repair is $229 fir iPhone 5. And they don’t fix it, they swap it out on the spot.
