Certificate issue in Xcode, can I get some help?

Certificate issue in Xcode

Hello
Unfortunately an account is deleted by me from my xcode by mistake.
So because of that mistake i am enable to make builds for that perticular account.
I tried to generate certificates two to three time but issue is not solve. So please help me to short out this issue because of this issue i am enable to upload games on iTunes
