Cell signal in DBM ???

I have searched the market for an app that will tell me the cell signal in dbm, but only find apps that you use to report the signal in bars for different areas. Is there an app that will tell me my signal in dbm? I have several for my droid 2, do not understand why I can not fine one for the new 4s.

Or better still, is there a place in settings that will give me the dbm signal strength?

Try typing *3001#12345#* on your keypad and then press the call button. This works on Verizon. Can't say for sure about the others.

1xEV-DO and 1x. Is 1xEX-DO 3G?
