Case program question.

Do you have to get a case through the case program app? Or can you go to the apple store? If you go to the apple store can you get any car you want like an otterbox defender or something different?

You have to go through the case program on the phone.

Only through your iPhone app and only the options they give you.

There is one exception to this: if you ordered a bumper or other eligible case on the website before they activated the program, apple gave refunds and still shipped you your case. This is how I got the white iPhone bumper through the program. I actually ordered it right after the press conference, knowing that there might be a run on them (and I could always return it if I had to). Glad I did.

i log in to the case program and it says my iphone does not qualify but it did before and i have not ordered one yet. My phone was shipped on launch day, it is jailbroken now do you think that is why im locked out now?
