CarPlay, Apple Maps and Heads Up Display - BMW only?

Is BMW the only carmaker which now fully integrates CarPlay Apple Maps turns into the Heads Up display?

It depends what you mean by integrates.

My VW’s dashboard has an black and white LCD display, that’s able to display the next navigation instruction. When Apple Maps is navigating over CarPlay, my dashboard displays the instructions coming from the phone.
