Can't turn off email alerts on shared calendar

I recently upgraded my iPhone 4 to a 4s and swapped the 4 for my wife's 3GS. At the same time I changed our Mobile me accounts to iClouds. We both run shared calendars that I created and shared whilst on mobile me. Since the changes, every time I update one of the two calendars my wife gets an email telling her of the update and this is starting to Amoy her. Funny thing is I don't get an email when she updates one of the calendars. Any suggestions on how I can turn off these emails?

Have her try turning off New Invitation Alerts under Calendar settings. That's all I can think of.

Go onto iCloud dot com and click on the shared calendar. Next to it you will see an option to email her if an event is added, uncheck it.
