Can't see pics on iMessage!

Hellllo. I am in a group chat on IMessage &everytime someone sends a picture, I can't see it but everyone else can. my iPod isn't jail broken. Help?

I can see the message that they put with the picture, but theirs a red exclamation mark by the message .

Go to settings-messages-and go into "send and receive." At the top where
it shows your Apple I.D., tap on it, sign out, then, sign back in. Let's see if
that helps.

My buddy he said he had the same issue and turned his phone off and on and that fixed it

First thing I tried was resetting but that failed.

I would hard reset then sign out and in and then last try turning iMessage off then back on
