Cant restore ios

I cant restore my iphone now i m stuck on recovery mode,
ITunes show and unknown erro 02 when restoring my phone,
What to do ?

Do you have a firewall that's possibly preventing your iTunes from communicating with Apple's servers? Is the iCloud Activation lock enabled on the device? Anyway, check out the information via the following links:
