Can't restore from backup??

I got my new phone. I did a backup to my computer. Setting up new phone and it wants my iTunes password. I put it in and says it a wrong. But it's not!! What do I do? I can't transfer all my stuff to new phone no matter what I do!

On a serious note, I'm guessing you made an encrypted backup and now it's asking for your password. Keep in mind this will be a separate password from the one you typically use for iTunes. If this is the case then you will definitely need the password and there is no way to restore without it.
