Can't Receive or Make Calls from New iP4S

Help! I activated the phone via Apple ID, was I also supposed to activate it via Verizon? When I looked in the settings area under "phone", it doesn't have my number listed, it says "unknown". I tried calling my iPhone from my landline and its going straight to voicemail. Should I just call Verizon in the morning or was there a step I missed? I'm coming from BB to iPhone so please bare with me, lol

Yes, it's not activated with your carrier. I don't know what the Verizon steps are, so I'd suggest calling.

You can do a esn change online on your iPhone it's called the Meid once u call or do this online just dial *228 option 1 it will program and activate your phone
