cant rearrange music playlist

on my Ipad I cant rearrange songs in music playlist...I click on edit use grabbar on right and move song to new location and when I click done they move back ... I have moved songs in the past with no problem....thx for the help I just tried same process on my iPhone and it works

I use an app called music Launcher. I can order them as I want. But they have to be controlled with the Music Launcher widget.
