Can't open an application after installation

Hello,
I downloaded and isntalled ipa file via iTunes on my iPhone. When it's installed, I'm trying to open it tapping on the icon, but nothing happens, the application won't start. The icon is also shown as dark somewhy.
The application was shared among ~20 people, about half of them have this issue, even for the people with the same model the result is different. Does anyone know what might be the problem?
My device: iPhone SE 32, iOs: 12.1.2, iTunes: 12.6. The application is called 'Twoo', it's online chatting app.

Without knowing more information it sounds like it’s either not the current version of the app or a 32-bit app. Without knowing what country you’re in and if the app is available there, it’s available in the US, I would recommend just downloading it from the App Store.
