can't find this Jailbreak app

Looking for this one specific app. Don't know what it's called, but seen it on YouTube, but don't think they mentioned the name of it.

Basically it allows you to customize how your icons are shown. Instead of having 4 in a row, you can only have 2 in a row. You may even be able to have 1 app in that row.

What this app would be great for is for springboards in which the icon blocks the big Time/Date in the middle. Instead of blocking the time/date, you can just have an icon on each side. The one springboard that I got (Blackberry Impression) had the date/time at the top real big but the icons were blocking it. That would be an example

iBlank. It allows you to add "blank" icons to fill in the space of the original icon so it would appear as if you have less than 4 icons per row
