I downoaded a ringtime in M4a, and first converted it to m4r, and it didn't work, then I thought to add it as m4a, convert to AAC and then m4r... and basically iTunes simply does NOT add the same song to library to then use it for ringtone!

Weird thing is that Quicktime, Windows Media Player, and VCL ALL play the m4a file, perfectly file! I updated the iTunes and still can't do anything?!

Any ideas?
