Can't accept New iCloud Terms and Conditions (iPhone 8; iOS 11.2)

Hi there. I've got a red badge on my settings because I need to accept the new iCloud terms and conditions. However, the badge doesn't go away after accepting. I have tried closing the settings app, clearing the ram and I have restarted my iPhone. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Solution: Go to Setting > Apple ID (on the very top) > Sign Out > restart phone > Sign back in.
