Cannt hear the Dialing numbers sound

When I dial a contact, the dialing sound on the other end phone can not be audiable in my handset.
Whereas if I put on speaker phone, I can hear the dialing sound on the other end phone

Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > and make sure the volume is turned up. Also check the side vibrate switch to make sure it is off and also check the volume is up on the side of the phone.
