Cannot post a comment on the website - An Error Occured

I am trying to post a comment for a contest.
when I click on the button to post, I get a popup error message:

an error occurred while attempting to process /system/ajax: Permission Denied

At first I thought it was because I had just created an account - so I waited until today and it is still happening.

Anyone seen this before?

This happened to me before. I was trying to enter an iPhone 5 giveaway. I tried multiple times to post and got the error every time. I didn't realize at the time that it was still posting even with the error. Not sure why it happened but hasn't happened since. If you have another computer try it and see if it still brings up the error.
