When I receive call from others I could not heard i canonly tru loud speaker please advice me what should i do

Are you saying you can't hear the caller via the earpiece? Or you can't hear the phone ring?

Reboot it... If that doesn't help, try restoring the iOS... if that doesn't help, you quite likely have a hardware issue that needs service.
