Cannot get mail on 5s

Please help I have just changed from 4s to 5s and had no problem with my mail but I have read all other Q&A and have tried all but still no joy tried out look and nothing tearing my hair out now

Can you not go to Settings - Mail. Contacts, Calendars - Add Account, and then configure your email account to work with your iPhone 5S?

When you switch did you manually configure it, Did you let all settings transfer from a backup or was it one of the Pre-determined emails that puts settings in for you after you giveth email and password? Whichever you answer you may also in combo with what Just Me suggested to delete and reconfigure over again.
