Cannot access emails on iPad. Keeps asking for password on exchange account
Welcome to iMore! Three things:
1. Can you log in to your email using a web site? Try logging in there just to weed out any software issues.
2. Your exchange server may be experiencing issues. Your only option is to wait for the server to come back up.
3. Your password may have expired or has been changed, either by you or by the administrator. You will want to contact your administrator to regain access to your account or use a password reset function, if it's available.
