Can you use T-Mobile EIP/Jump and an Apple Store?

I finally found an iPhone 7 plus and reserved it at an Apple Store, can I use the EIP there?

Is there a way to check if t-mobile stores have stock like locally,

I did call and they all told me they don't have any, bummer , I really didint want to be stuck with a November shipping date from T-Mobile if there was an easier way, they just told me to keep that pre order not to cancel because that's probably the soonest possible time

I have been told by a district manager for T-Mobile that no stores will have the 7 plus until they get caught up on the orders. The demand is not as high as it appears, Apple is just limiting what gets put into the supply chain.
