I think you can. Some 6s Plus you can not. Like the Otterbox Defender. But the 6 and 6s, yes.

The vast majority of cases will work with both phones. Check with your case manufacturer.

Yes, I agree. Most manufacturers make their cases as the size of iPhone 6. Therefore, I think that most cases can fit with iPhone 6S too.

Depends on the case. If it was made to fit snugly on the 6 then it may not fit the 6s or may be difficult to get on and off.
